- Prepare Bill of Quantities of all unit rate contracts.
- Adjudication and evaluation of all contracts and make recommendations on cost.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
- Project Controls management
- Monitor the cost and time performance of contractor
- Evaluate monthly progress payments
- Prepare monthly cost report and cost to complete evaluation
- Prepare monthly contract status reports
- Prepare weekly progress reports
- Negotiate and make recommendation on contractual changes and claims
- Evaluate all site instructions & site design changes
- Prepare final accounts on all contracts
- Settlement of all contracts purchases orders and agreements
